Use         – Rice paper is a fantastic alternative to the traditional tissue napkins. It is easy to work with rice papers. This paper can be glued with decoupage glue to all kinds of surfaces.
A suitable technique of printing makes colors look clear and they don’t clear off when we use glue and they don’t fade, either. It is the best paper for decoupage. Rice paper should be torn rather than cut but it is okay to cut. The edge is easier to hide when torn with the decoupage technique.
