Shipping & Delivery Policy

Connect4Sale.com (‘the Website’) shall offer shipping and handling processes in order to ensure that Users’ orders are delivered in the fastest, safest and most streamlined manner.

Shipping Methods
The Website shall ship its products through one of the below-mentioned methods:

i. Courier Services: We have partnered with experience third-party service providers who provide private logistical services for shipping, handling and delivery of products to eligible pin codes across India;

ii. India Post/ Speed Post: For orders not falling within the shipping and delivery pin codes of the private logistical partners, We shall ship the products through India Post or Speed Post, as applicable.

The Website reserves its right to alter the charges for the delivery options at any time, without prior intimation to the Users.

Shipment delivery estimates
Orders are shipped on all days except on Sundays, National and Festival Holidays. Deliveries to Users will also vary according to the pin code and delays are subject to holidays including local/regional holidays.

Standard delivery orders are typically delivered within 1-7 business days from the date of confirmation of the order by the Website. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if
Your order quantity is large, your order may take longer to be delivered. If Your order is expected to be delayed, one of our logistics and operations executives shall get in touch with You within 2-4 days from the date of confirmation of the order, to provide an accurate timeline for delivery of Your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a shipment confirmation once Your order has shipped. We process orders everyday (excluding Sundays) and ensure that they are shipped on the same day, or within 2 days from the date of placing of the Order. You will receive a ‘Tracking Number’ upon shipping, and instructions regarding how to track Your order. Please note that all deliveries are carried out by a third-party service provider (whether it be a private logistics company, or India Post/Speed Post), and the usage of the third-party website shall be governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of that website, over which the Company has no control.

Return upon Delivery

An order is designated as ‘Complete’ once it is delivered to the delivery address of the User. In the event that a User receives a damaged, tampered or incorrect parcel, the User is advised to return the Order by submitting it to the delivery executive.

Undelivered Products
In the event that the order is not delivered within upon the expiry of 7 business days from the date of placing the order and the User is unable to track the order online, the User is advised to call customer care at +91 9940134721 or email customer care at o[email protected].
The Member shall not be eligible to receive a refund of any amounts paid for purchase of the Product if the Product is undeliverable (i.e. unclaimed at the address provided by the User).

If an order returns back to us as it is undeliverable due to wrong address given, please note the charges for reshipping will be borne by the customer. Once the payment is received, the order will be reshipped again. To avoid this, please ensure you provide your correct shipping address details at the time of placing an order.
