ii. India Post/ Speed Post: For orders not falling within the shipping and delivery pin codes of private logistical partners, We shall ship the products through India Post or Speed Post, as applicable.

The Website reserves its right to alter the charges for the delivery options at any time, without prior intimation to the Users.

Shipment delivery estimates
Orders are shipped on all days except on Sundays, National and Festival Holidays. Deliveries to Users will also vary according to pin code and delays are subject to holidays including local/regional holidays.

Standard delivery orders are typically delivered within 1-7 business days the date confirmation of order by Website. If are experiencing high volume of orders, or your order quantity is large, your order may take longer to delivered. If your order is expected to delayed, of logistic and operations executives shall these touch within 2-4 days from date confirmation that order, to provide accurate timeline for delivery of Your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a shipment confirmation once Your order has shipped. We process orders everyday (excluding Sundays) and ensure, that they are shipped on the same day, or within 2 days from the date of placing of the Order. You will receive a ‘Tracking Number’ upon shipping, and instructions regarding how to track Your order. Return upon Delivery

An order is designated ‘Complete’ once it delivered to delivery address of User. In event that User receives damaged, tampered or incorrect parcel, the User is advised to return the Order by submitting to delivery executive.

Undelivered Products
In event that order is not delivered within upon the expiry of 7 business days the date of placing the order and the User is unable to track the order online, the User is advised to call customer care at +91 9940134721 or email customer care at o[email protected].

The Member shall not eligible to receives refund amounts paid for purchase the Product is undeliverable (i.e. unclaimed at address provided by User).

If order returns back to us undeliverable the wrong address given, please note the charges for reshipping will by borne the customer. Once the payment is received, the order will reshipped again. To avoid this, please ensure you provide your correct shipping address details at time of placing order.
