USE: Gesso Brushes are used to apply gesso, a white paint-lime medium, to artist’s canvas for priming/undercoating before painting.  This versatile brush can also be used to apply varnish, glaze, glue, watercolor washes, stain and dye. Dilute gesso with a small amount of water using the Gesso brush apply a thin coat of gesso in long strokes and in one direction onto canvas. Wait until dry before applying a second or more coats and 24hrs before beginning to paint
