Connect Here 4 Info Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’ or ‘Us’) follows a strict Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy that has been made to ensure that you as a User do not have any problems and have a seamless experience with our Services, as outlined in our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

Eligibility for Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Users shall be eligible to return/replace products or receive refunds only upon fulfillment of one or more of the following conditions:
i. The product is found to be defective at the time of delivery; or
ii. The product is found to be damaged at the time of delivery; or
iii. The wrong product is found to have been delivered to the User.

Only upon fulfillment of one or more of the above-mentioned conditions, if the User requires the replacement of a product, can the User be entitled to make a replacement request to the Website. The User shall be liable to pay all applicable courier and shipping charges to the Company to return the product.

If the value of the product(s) to be returned and replaced remains the same on the Website, the replacement shall be carried out free of additional charge (apart from return shipping charges), but if the value(s) change prior to return and replacement, the User shall pay additional charges as applicable (if the product(s) appreciates in value), or the Company shall refund the additional charges as applicable (if the product(s) depreciates in value) to the User or if there is no stock availability of the product(s) on the Website.

Mode of Refund
Every refund shall be made in the same mode of payment used by the User and shall be processed within 10 business days from the date of request for refund. The refund amount shall be capped at the value of the product, and shall exclude all tax amounts paid by the User. Further, delivery, shipping and handling fees shall not be refunded to the User.

Please note the following points with regards to the refund policy of the Company:
– Please note that in the above, any action shall take place only if the same has been informed to Us as mentioned above.
– Please make sure the email sent to us or the phone call contains all details so that we may examine the same.

The Company has the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately. This policy shall not be applicable for purchase of jewellery-making materials and costume jewellery, for which no returns, replacement and refund shall be applicable.

Cancellation Policy
The User shall be eligible to cancel any order placed only prior to shipping of the Order, as shown on the Website, by making a cancellation request to customer care of the Website within 2-3 hours of placing the order via call or email. The User shall not be able to cancel an order once the order status is designated as ‘shipped’.
